Tony DiLodovico Chosen NJBA Associate of the Fourth Quarter
Tony DiLodovico, Director of Regulatory Compliance for Omland Engineering has been named as NJBA's Associate of the Fourth Quarter. He has been an active member of NJBA and the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) for over 20 years. Tony shares his expertise as a lead member of the Environmental Committee and has been doing so since 1992. He has also served on the Legislative Committee since 2008 and the NJBA Board of Directors since 2007. On the local level, Tony has served on SBACNJ's Legal Legislative Committee since 1997 and the Board of Directors since 2004, as well as being a supporter of the local's Master Sponsor program.
Tony has testified on behalf of NJBA at many county public hearings on the draft sewer service area maps and raised concerns directly with DEP regarding the wastewater management planning process. He is very much involved with the WQMP lame duck bill on which he is always available to answer technical and practical questions. Tony currently serves on the NJ State Soil Conservation Committee to assure that the soil standards are reasonable and cost effective to NJBA members. Tony also is NJBA's "standing consultant" on a broad range of environmental regulatory issues.
