Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey Kicks Off New Year

LAKEWOOD, N.J. – Jan. 16, 2019 – PRLog — Shore Builders Association of Central NJ (SBACNJ) is kicking off the new year with several of scheduled events and networking. On January 30, 2019 they will be hosting their annual Economic Forecast Meeting, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune, New Jersey. Presenting this year’s forecast will be Robert Dietz, Ph.D., Chief Economist & Senior VP for Economics & Housing Policy, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). “We are thrilled to have Dr. Dietz as our presenter this year. His knowledge of our industry and the issues that affect our future is sure to provide exceptional insights as to what our members can expect during 2019,” explains Gina McNamara, Executive Officer of Shore Builders Association. Members of the association can bring a non-member builder to the meeting at no additional charge.

In addition to the Economic Forecast Meeting this month, SBACNJ is excited about the upcoming FAME (Fabulous Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards, which will be held on February 28th at the South Gate Manor in Freehold. According to Marge Karahuta, Chairperson for the Sales & Marketing Committee, “We are looking forward to celebrating the amazing sales and marketing projects that our members have entered in the awards program. This is a huge event for our association, with close to 300 people attending in the past.” The program will feature a 2-hour cocktail networking reception and open bar beginning at 6:00 PM, followed by the presentation of the winners in all categories.

SBACNJ is a chartered local chapter of both the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). SBACNJ was founded in 1945 to help builders and those involved in the building industry to better contend with the challenges facing their industry through collective action. The association serves all building related industries from trades and subcontractors to small and large builders. In addition, related companies such as mortgage, realty, insurance, accounting, legal, and marketing benefit from the services, programs, and information the association offers its members.
