Who We Are

Since 1945, Shore Builders Association of Central NJ has been the trusted network behind the homes, renovations, and communities of Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our members are builders and remodelers alongside more than 70 allied trades and service professionals — engineers, architects, electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, financial professionals, interior designers, suppliers, and realty services — all held to one standard: do right by the people and places we build for.

Our members aren’t outside contractors passing through. They live in the towns they build in, coach the same Little League teams, sit in the same school board meetings, and answer to the same neighbors every day. That’s why our message has stayed the same for decades: our members are your neighbors.

Builders are the backbone of the American Dream. Owning your own home has long been a staple of what it means to live well and be successful.
